Coronary Intensive Care Unit

Coronary Intensive Care Units (CICUs) allow for the monitoring of patients who have experienced or are suspected of experiencing a heart attack within the first 48-72 hours, enabling the implementation of necessary measures following the crisis and prompt intervention by specialists in case of problems.

Cases of heart attack, heart patients who have undergone surgery due to other conditions, and patients in critical condition before heart surgery are closely monitored in Coronary Intensive Care Units. The health status of patients who have undergone interventional cardiological procedures such as angiography and angioplasty when deemed necessary is observed in the coronary intensive care unit.
